helpful staffsteep stairssuspect grout
The staff seemed helpful at check-in. It was fine, i guess.
The stairs were a real issue. I didn't see a lift. dragging my suitcase up several flights wasn't my idea of fun. also, the bathroom grout looked pretty suspect, verging on orange and black. it gave me the ick.

Excellent Stay Close to the Port

friendly staffportable fansvariety amenitiesluggage holding
The staff was friendly. They held our luggage because we did not want to carry it upstairs. I also loved the portable fans in the room. There was also a variety of amenities.
The shower temperature did fluctuate quite a lot during my shower. It also needs a shelf in the bathroom though.
Rooms
8/10
The Double Room Private Bathroom was clean. Crisp white bed linen was present. The good sized bathroom included an electric shower. It was a challenge to get at the correct temperature however.
Location

The location was perfect because it was close to all the birthday celebrations. The quiet street has bars and restaurants. Tables outside allowed us to use the amenities due to the nice weather.
Facilities

Portable fans were available in the room, a needed addition. it had various amenities. The hotel information states that the rooms are up two flights of stairs, so be mindful.

The staff was amazing. They were nice and sympathetic. They helped my wife to pack and vacate the room. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

There is a pub with an excellent choice of drinks. The breakfast is available in the cafe opposite. A discount is offered to guests here. This is very useful.
